Prospected, cold called, and identified qualified small businesses to introduce the Gosite product and generate excitement about the one-stop-shop software suite.

• Implementation Specialist : May 2020 - Nov. 2020 

Hosted Kick Off Calls to configure accounts, and enable new users to successfully use their product. Worked with various third parties including Google My Business, Facebook, and Yext. Worked closely with sales to ensure expectations were met and with the webteam to create custom websites for the clients. Owned accounts for an average of 90 days before working with the CX team to transition clients to a self-serving relationship with the product. 

• Senior Implementation Specialist : Nov. 2020 - June 2021

Day-to-day activities remained similar to those of Implementation Specialist. Was chosen as 1 of 2 team members to exclusively handle the larger, mid-market clients. 

Co-Administrator

• Assists owner in gathering and organizing data for costume orders, event planning, day-to-day functions, and yearly planning.

• Uses data to implement processes, suggest changes, and carry out the organization of a large group of people. 

• Talks with parents on a day to day basis to ensure questions are answered and needs are met. 

• Helps manage competition team of over 70 kids. 

Instructor and Choreographer 

• Teaches ages 3 - 18 in hip hop, jazz, contemporary, acro, ballet, and recreational classes. 

• Choreographs competition dances and brings children and families to competitions around California.
